Questions about purchasing

1. How do I do the process to buy your goods?

    Follow the 5 step:

    A. When you find products which you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. Then, add the items to your cart.

    B. When you have finished shopping, readying to checkout, please click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.

    C. Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.

    D. Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.

    E. If you pay by credit card, there will be let you fill the information for twice. Please be patient for this, for one is for our site, the other one is for the credit card centre. This process will protect your right and track your purchase. We will ship your goods in 12 hours after the payment. We provide special discount if you buy more than 3 goods.

2. What payment methods do you support?

    Credit cardsWestern union, PayPal, (Your Information will be safe and no any Credit Cards information leave on our website) If your payment is failed, please get back to our site to update your billing information. So we can still process your order. Please fill the correct information.

3. How secure is the online payment?

     All Payments are done online through the 100% secured. Our store has created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - Our On-line Ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology-to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to our site. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

4. How do I cancel an order?

   Please contact us and leave a message or email to us within 6 hours of purchasing, if you need to cancel your order. But please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, it will not always be possible to make changes.

1. How can I track my order?

    After we shipped your goods, we will send you a tracking number that will show you where your goods at right now. Then you get tracking number, you can track shipment on carrier's website, if you cannot see records on the site right away, please try to see records later, because sometimes the carrier input the shipping information slowly, however, we guarantee that the shipment been on the way when you got tracking number from us.

2. When will I get ordered product?

    We ship via DHL, TNT, and UPS etc, to ensure fast and secure shipping to any destination. The average shipping time for your Order is 3 to 5 business days.

Questions about return

1. What is your return policy for items ordered online?

    Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn’t to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.

     The different circumstances are different policies which are our site provides.

(1)Repair

    In 1 year (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and repaired. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back instantly, we will repair it and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the repaired products that we ship to you. Or you can also find your local repairing place nearby and fix the faulty items, then a copy of the receipt for repairing cost is requested to send to us and we will pay the cost after check it. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage through the faulty item pictures you send to us. The repairing cost should not be reimbursed by us if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)

(2) Replacement

A. Non-quality Problems
    In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back immediately, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

B. Quality Problems

    In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back immediately, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)

(3) Return and partial refund

    Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:

    “The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”

    “The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.

    “I am not satisfied with this product.”

    In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back immediately, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

(4) Return and full refund

    In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back immediately, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)
